Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the airport ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all airport activities. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all airport operations including ground handling passenger services and aircraft maintenance - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - Monitor and maintain airport facilities equipment and services to ensure they are in good working condition - Manage and train a team of airport staff including supervisors customer service agents and ground crew - Ensure the safety and security of all airport operations including implementing emergency response protocols - Liaise with airlines government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely airport operations - Prepare and manage budgets for airport operations including forecasting and cost control measures - Oversee the development and implementation of new airport projects and initiatives - Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve airport operations. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Aviation Management Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in airport operations or a similar role - Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices - Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
