As a member of our team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in security and boarding gates - Handle baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft - Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Provide excellent customer service to all passengers - Monitor flight schedules and assist with flight updates and changes - Handle any customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays - Knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations is a plus - Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
