Position Overview: We are currently seeking both freshers and experienced individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of airport activities. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding and arrival - Handle baggage and cargo ensuring proper loading and unloading of aircraft - Perform security checks and screenings on passengers and their luggage - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other travel inquiries - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure smooth and timely flight operations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the terminal and gate areas - Adhere to all safety and security regulations and protocols Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Previous experience in the aviation industry is an asset but not required for freshers Why Work With Us At Bluespirit we value our employees and believe in providing a positive and supportive work environment.
