About the Role
Nu Skin isseekinga professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Security Assistant to serve as the welcoming point of contact for visitors while supporting daily security administrative this role you will help coordinate front desk activitiesassistwith visitor management and support the Security Department with administrative and operational tasks.
This position playsan important roleinmaintainingan organized secure and well-coordinated front desk environment. The role also supports event coordinationmaintainsimportant security documentation and stays familiar with company procedures to help ensure smooth consistent and reliable operations.
WhatYoullDo
Welcome visitors check them in and notify employees of guest arrivals.
Provide generalcompanyand building information to employees and guests.
Maintaina professional organized and security-conscious front desk environment.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments.
Support visitor management and access procedures.
Assist the Security Department with administrative and coordination tasks.
Help support corporate events meetings and security-supported activities.
Assistinmaintainingand updating procedures and operational documentation.
Maintainawareness of emergency and response procedures.
Help organize reference materials contact lists and administrative records.
Manage expense reports and Coupaaccount.
Support Visa and Passport guidance for employees.
Perform other clerical and front desk duties as needed.
WhatYoullNeed
13 years of administrative receptionist customer service or security support experience preferred.
College degree preferred.
Interest in or familiarity with security or safety practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Experience writing building ormaintainingStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs) preferred.
Experience supporting scheduling coordination or events preferred.
Experience developing ormaintainingwritten procedures is a plus.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
