The city attracts driven professionals entrepreneurs outdoor athletes and families who prioritize performance longevity and an active lifestyle. With a booming economy a rapidly growing population and immediate access to world-class outdoor recreation including trail running cycling hiking and skiing the energy in Denver is undeniable.

What Denver does not yet have is a premium performance-based strength and cardio (HIIT) studio that combines treadmill interval training strength work and a dynamic recovery component in a single intentional experience built around accountability coaching and community.

As a Franchise Owner and CEO of STRIDE Fitness in Denver CO you would lead a high-growth boutique fitness studio while leveraging proven systems national brand strength and operational support. This is an opportunity to build a scalable multi-unit asset in one of the most active and fitness-oriented markets in the country.

You would operate as the CEO of STRIDE Fitness Denver driving culture revenue and expansion while following a playbook built for results with an experienced corporate team there to support you every step of the way.

Role Overview

  • Launch and lead the first STRIDE Fitness studio in Denver CO with full P&L responsibility

  • Build and develop a high-performance team that delivers an exceptional member experience

  • Establish STRIDE Fitness as the premier destination for interval training and recovery in the Denver market

  • Capture market share through local partnerships corporate wellness relationships athletic communities and grassroots marketing

  • Expand into additional Denver metro territories as performance milestones are achieved

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership

  • Recruit train and lead a results-driven team focused on culture retention and operational excellence

Financial Ownership

  • Own studio performance including budgets KPIs pricing strategy and profitability

Growth and Market Development

  • Build relationships across Denver from local employers and tech companies to community organizations run clubs and performance-focused athletes

Brand Stewardship

  • Deliver a consistent high-energy community-first experience that reflects both STRIDE standards and the active culture of Denver

Multi-Unit Vision

  • Operate with expansion in mind as the Denver market continues to grow

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Deep knowledge of Denver CO and a strong local network

  • 5 years of leadership experience in sales operations finance management or multi-unit environments

  • Proven ability to build teams and drive measurable performance

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets or P&L

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined execution

  • Intention to launch within 3 to 6 months

  • Financial capacity to invest ($200000 liquid capital minimum & $500000 net worth)

  • Competitive growth-oriented and community-driven
