Training & Entry Level Opportunities

46 week paid mentor program for new CDL-A drivers
Full pay during training weeks
$300 orientation bonus applied on your first solo paycheck
Guided over-the-road experience in Western regional dry van operations
Minimum requirements: CDL-A license 21 years old 120 hours from an accredited CDL school

Experienced Driver Compensation

Average weekly pay: $1300$1500
Top 25% of drivers earn up to $1700 per week
Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus
Bi-weekly home schedule
Consistent regional miles and no-touch freight

Driver Requirements

Class A CDL
Age 21
6 months driving experience or enrollment as a trainee
Pass DOT physical and drug screening
