Job Summary

Position Overview
This role involves driving dry van routes in an 11state Western region. Drivers handle notouch freight and maintain a steady regional schedule with biweekly home time.

Pay & Compensation
Experienced Drivers: $1300$1500 per week average
Top 25% of drivers earn up to $1700 weekly
Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus
Biweekly home time schedule
Paid orientation: $300

Entry Level (Trainee) Drivers
Paid mentor program during initial 46 weeks on the road
Valid CDLA license required
Minimum age 21 years
Graduation from an accredited CDL school with at least 120 hours
Guided training in Western regional dry van operations
Clean work history
