About The Role

In this 6-month fixed term contract you will report to the Head of Employee Relations & People Compliance and provide support and advice on day-to-day employee relations matters across the organisation. Youll work closely with HR Business Partners and people leaders to help manage cases maintain best practice processes and support the delivery of ER initiatives.

Youll also contribute to building strong ER foundations across the business by helping develop tools resources and training that support leaders in managing people matters effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the management of employee relations matters including performance management grievances misconduct and workplace investigations
  • Providing practical advice to HR Business Partners and people leaders on employee relations processes and policies
  • Assisting with workplace investigations and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting of ER cases
  • Supporting ER audits and contribute to identifying trends and insights
  • Assisting with the development and improvement of ER policies templates and tools
  • Contributing to initiatives that strengthen employee relations capability across the business
