We are currently looking for an individual to fill the role of Planner/Buyer at our Chesterfield MO facility. We offer a flexible 4-day work week with a 10 hour/day schedule. Qualified candidates should be organized have excellent critical thinking and time management skills and the ability to follow standard procedures and written instructions.

Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Chesterfield MO facility.

Role Responsibilities:

Preparing and maintaining work orders for production and kitting departments.
Monitoring the master schedule as well as departmental schedules for issues and analyzing reporting and mitigating delays.
Overseeing inventory levels and component shortages to facilitate the timely delivery of end products to customers.
Reviewing and analyzing purchase requisitions and demand to generate purchase orders.
Ensuring timely delivery of items and follow up with vendors on late orders.
Maintaining the required flow of supply through purchase order date maintenance and coordination with suppliers.
Resolving invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
Maintaining accurate records of purchases pricing and order acknowledgements.
Acting as a backup for our planner and our buyer.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
Manufacturing or Administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Production planning and/or procurement experience
Lean and/or continuous improvement experience
Degree in related field
Familiarity with FAA PMA rules and regulations
