Summary:
Supervises the daily activities of assigned Imaging staff.Responsibilities:
Oversees equipment quality control testing maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient and implements action plans to meet and exceed performance improvement and safety coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing coaches and evaluates staff performance and sets service recovery efforts regarding complex patient issues and complaints to facilitate supplies and maintains appropriate inventory level in accordance with established with the preparation of the operational capital budget under the guidance of Imaging staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service and approves payroll for direct reports.Competencies:
