Fund Administration is Citcos core business and ouralternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys mostrespected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions meansour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Responsible for all accounting matters for client companies such as review of the accounting done by junior accountants or Citcos Shared Service Centers preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting and annual accounts WHT and VAT returns;
- Communicate with and assist clients (tax) advisors lawyers notaries other professionals government institutions and other Citco offices worldwide;
- Assist auditors in case of audits performed on client companies;
- Maintain and develop a good network of internationally established clients;
- Manage a team of accountants and be responsible for the development training and coaching of designated staff;
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
About You:
- You have an accounting qualification and 6 years of experience in an accounting position and 2 years managing a team; exposure to tax driven structures is a definite advantage;
- Experienced in preparing Consolidated Financial Statements;
- Display strong financial/accounting and analytical skills;
- Commercial dynamic attitude and excellent communication skills
- Able to work successfully in a team as well as autonomously;
- Knowledge of Real Estate accounting and accounting systems (e.g. Yardi MRI) is a plus but not a prerequisite.
