Job Summary

We are looking for a kind thoughtful and playful 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support achild in our Steiner-Waldorf school community for four hours a week (days negotiable).


Inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner we value relationship creativity and the whole child. We are committed to being a neurodiversity-affirming environment where differences are welcomed and honoured and each child is supported to flourish as their authentic self.


This role focuses on nurturing language development and gently supporting peer play; helping the child build confidence connection and communication within the class. You will work in partnership with the teacher SENCo and family to build on the childs strengths and support their participation in class life.


We would love to hear from someone who:
Has experience of supporting children with SEN (professionally or personally)
Values child-led relationship-based practice
Is patient observant and joyful in their work
Is open to learning and reflective practice
