Mission

Under Selectras Cofounders supervision your mission is to launch Selectras activity in Czechia starting from selling energy and natural gas provider contracts to customers and to reach profitability within a 6-month delay.

Expected outcomes

  • Partnership management: secure a commercial agreement with a competitive energy supplier within two months then a second one within six months.
  • Search Engine Advertising (SEA): launch a profitable Google Ads campaign within your first three months in the role.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): launch a website dedicated to comparing energy prices within 3 weeks in the role and grow traffic.
  • Sales:
    • at the beginning of the mission only: handle energy sales by answering inbound calls generated through organic (SEO) and paid (SEA) traffic;
    • recruit your first sales advisors to scale the sales activity.
  • Performance: achieve profitability for Selectra Czechia within six months.
  • Operational and financial reporting: deliver accurate and regular performance tracking.
  • Business development: once the activity is properly launched and reaches first successes ensure the growth of existing acquisition channels and open new ones.

Profile

Technical competencies

  • Academic excellence: you graduated from one of the best business or engineering schools or an equivalent high-level program.
  • Professional experience: at least 6 months of experience in a consulting firm or any other experience recognized for structure and rigor. Your hard and soft skills matter more to us than the years of experience.
  • Languages:
    • Czech (native C2 level);
    • French (fluent C1 level);
    • English (fluent C1 level).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Automation skills: ability to help automate our sales and lead generation processes in order to minimize errors. You will receive training from our teams on this key topic.
