Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing KIWI Plan Application Developer & Support Engineer will be responsible for designing developing enhancing and supporting the KIWI Planning System used across in the paper & pulp industry. This role ensures continuity of production planning order scheduling capacity management and integration with upstream and downstream manufacturing systems. The candidate will work closely with manufacturing planners operations teams IT stakeholders and cross functional application teams to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.
Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within thetraveling distance of Memphis TN or be willing to position may require travel in the US.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
4 years of experience in application development and support for manufacturing or supply chain systems.
Hands on experience with KIWI Plan or similar production planning tools.

Experience with integration between planning systems and MES/ERP.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes in paper & pulp including:
Reel building Converting
Scheduling & sequencing
Capacity and load planning
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with KIWI Plan in paper mills or converting plants.
Knowledge of industrial automation interfaces (PLC/SCADA) is a plus.
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting applications in 24x7 manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of SAP PP/PI or Oracle Manufacturing modules is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in high pressure production environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross functional teams.
Commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone email and face to face.
