About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each and every guest has a memorable stay. This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant In-Room Dining and Events. Operating on a rotating roster you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Specifically this role will involve:

• Demonstrating high standards of customer service
• Receiving orders and serving customer requests
• Understanding menu content and any changes or promotional activations
• Maintaining a clean tidy and well-prepared service area
• Preparing of mise-en-place

What are we looking for

• Previous experience in crafting quality barista style coffees
• Must have a current and valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• Experience working in a restaurant bar or function space is required
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have a friendly positive energetic disposition with a charismatic personality capable of delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Have a passion for creating great experiences for our guests
• Ability to work around a 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays
