• As Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships you will help elevate brand presence and driving business growth across four distinct retail brands. Reporting to the Director Brand Marketing & Strategic Partnerships you will lead the development of innovative marketing merchandising and influencer partnerships. Your expertise will help shape a CBI-wide partnership program expand brand awareness and measurable impact through strategic collaborations.

Where Youll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in the corporate office 3-5 days per month. Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: GA OH NH. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

• Strong negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field; Masters preferred.

• 7 years of experience in partnership marketing influencer marketing or brand management supporting multiple brands or a portfolio.

• Proven track record of developing and managing successful brand and influencer partnerships.

• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing influencer ecosystems and merchandising collaboration.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and executing integrated campaigns.
