Job Summary

Reporting to the Group Quality Department

Within a team of 6 people you will contribute to optimizing standard methods for quality control and equipment qualification across our sites.

In support of central and regional quality teams your mission will be to:

  • Lead a network of key contacts to design and deploy appropriate control methods and share best practices
  • Identify areas for improvement in quality control based on feedback from our subsidiaries
  • Identify opportunities to automate quality control on our production lines
  • Define qualification methods for continuous monitoring equipment
  • Contribute to the implementation of statistical process control across our sites.

With a Masters degree (engineering school or equivalent) specializing in quality you have a strong interest in the industrial environment and continuous improvement. You are proficient in metrology quality standards and Lean tools. Knowledge of statistical tools is an advantage. You are comfortable communicating able to adapt to different stakeholders and capable of designing relevant solutions. You are fluent in English and French.
