The Opportunity:

As a Total Rewards Intern youll gain handsâon experience supporting compensation benefits and rewards programs that impact employees across the organization. This role offers exposure to realâworld Total Rewards work including data analysis program support and employee communications. Youll work closely with People & Culture partners to help ensure our rewards programs are competitive equitable and wellâunderstood by employees.

A typical day would involve:

  • Supporting Total Rewards activities across compensation benefits and recognition programs
  • Assisting with data collection validation and reporting related to compensation and benefits
  • Helping prepare materials for compensation reviews benchmarking and program updates
  • Responding to employee inquiries and supporting documentation and communications
  • Maintaining trackers templates and process documentation
  • Collaborating with People & Culture partners on projects and continuous improvement initiatives

You have:

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources Business Finance Economics or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel

Bonus points if you have:

  • Coursework or experience related to compensation benefits or Total Rewards
  • Experience working with data analysis spreadsheets or reporting tools
  • Exposure to HR systems or compensation benchmarking tools
  • Interest in pay equity benefits design or employee rewards programs
  • Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills

What Youll Earn:

This role offers a pay range of $27.85/hr.
