Product Business Development Manager & Trainer

Aesthetics Skincare part of the MediAesthetics Group under Wesfarmers Health is seeking a passionate and dynamic Product Business Development & Training Manager to drive the growth of our professional skincare portfolio across South Australia. This is a unique opportunity to combine training coaching and business development to make a real impact on clinic retail performance and client outcomes across our network of SILK Laser Clinics Australian Skin Clinics and Clear Skincare this role you will work closely with Clinic Managers Laser & Skin Therapists and Franchise Partners to embed Aesthetics Skincare into consultations treatment plans and client homecare routines ensuring clinics deliver exceptional results while achieving strong retail Youll DoDrive Territory Sales: Partner with clinic teams to achieve sales targets and maximise retail Education & Training: Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual product training across the Aesthetics Skincare portfolio and support onboarding of new & Mentor: Build confidence in clinic teams to recommend professional homecare solutions strengthen consultation skills and improve retail Clinics: Develop strong relationships with Clinic Managers therapists and Franchise Partners to maintain consistent product messaging consultation approaches and merchandising Sales & Marketing: Support local marketing initiatives product campaigns and in-clinic events to drive client engagement and retail & Collaborate: Use sales data and reporting tools to identify growth opportunities support underperforming clinics and collaborate with internal teams across MediAesthetics to ensure consistent education and retail YouExperience in skincare education product training or field-based sales within the aesthetics dermal or beauty facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire clinic for professional skincare and improving client building relationships and influencing retail in a field-based role with regular travel across South Australia Tasmania and IV or Diploma in Beauty IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) highly experience delivering professional skincare training or product Join UsAs part of the MediAesthetics Group youll join a network of innovative high-performing clinics where education development and clinic support are at the core of what we do.
