Job Summary
Chevrolet Of Troy is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Troy this role you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients in all departments. We have served Troy since 1939 and a contentious #1 performing Chevrolet franchise.
Responsibilities
- Process cash credit and check transactions with speed and accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with any inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
- Handle returns exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
