Qualifications
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting repairing and maintaining Building Management Systems Life Safety and Lighting Controls HVAC equipment (including air handlers fan coils compressors motors and pumps) as well as commercial lowvoltage AC circuits and electronic components.
Responsibilities
- Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Low Voltage controls maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting Building Management Systems Life Safety Systems and Lighting Control Systems.
- Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting HVAC systems (air handlers fan coils compressors motorspumps)
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing Commercial low voltage AC circuits.
- Experience in repair of electronics
- Knowledge and experience with low voltage control circuits video processor control devices wireless control circuits phone systems
Qualifications
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing Commercial Kitchen equipment electrical switch gear panels high and low voltage AC circuits.
- Knowledge of Audio Video T.V. and Control circuits.
- Experience in repair of kitchen appliances small motors and electronics
- The Ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that Dept.
- Candidate should also have a minimum of 3 years experience working in High-Rise Hotel Casinos.
- Must possess high school diploma read write and speak and understand English. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well groomed appearance
- Must have the ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that Department
