Start Date: ASAP

Quality Control/ Roofing Repair Technician Responsibilities:

• Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks damage or wear and tear.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including replacing shingles repairing flashing and sealing leaks.
• Install new roofing materials as needed ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options answer questions and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and time spent on each job.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Work Location: Multiple Locations

Salary: $50k - $55k

Requirements:

Quality Control/ Roofing Repair Technician Requirements:

• Valid drivers license.
• Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate various equipment such as simple hand tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights over 5 feet often.
• Access and mobility in tight spaces.
• Sustained periods of standing sitting walking bending and kneeling.
• Hardworking with a do-what-it-takes attitude (negative attitudes need not apply!)
• Work a flexible schedule.
