Job Summary
Vaga Remota. Desenvolvedor ITSM Junior Responsabilidades Atuar na evoluo da plataforma ServiceNow Implementar e manter processos de ITSM (Incident Problem Change Request CMDB Knowledge etc.) Receber as demandas da liderana tcnica e atuar como analista de nivel junior Desenvolver e manter integraes entre ServiceNow e sistemas terceiros (REST SOAP APIs MID Server) Atuar na automao de processos e fluxos de trabalho (Workflows / Flow Designer) Customizar formulrios regras de negcio client scripts UI policies e notificaes Participar de projetos de evoluo da plataforma upgrades e releases Requisitos Tcnicos Experincia mnima de um ano com ServiceNow Conhecimento obrigatrio em ITSM Desejvel Experincia com ITOM Conhecimento em integraes (REST SOAP JSON APIs MID Server) Conhecimento em Flow Designer e/ou Workflows Realizao de testes Soft Skills Espirito de dono Autonomia em buscar informaes e solues junto com o time e pesquisas Capacidade de anlise Diferenciais Certificaes ServiceNow (CSA ITSM ITOM Discovery)
