Position:Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist-Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Schedule:Monday-Friday 8 am 5 pm EST (40 hoursper week)

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independentLICSWlicense. Experiencefacilitatinggroup therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy services in ourVirtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this roleyoullconduct individual assessments develop treatment plans and connect patients with valuable community resources all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health

What Youll Do:

• Develop andmonitortreatment plans

• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources

• Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time

• Use standardized assessment tools andexhibitstrong diagnostic skills contributing to our commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as an independently Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Active LICSW license in New Hampshire is required

• Proven experience in therapy with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience;group therapyexperiencestrongly preferred

• Full-time availability (40 hoursper week) during ESThours.

• Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13

• Mustresidein the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
