Ensures that the facilities and buildings we are working on with the client are being constructed properly. They will help to monitor daily processes and quality of installations during these processes. This person will have extensive knowledge of boilermaker systems within large facilities such as data centers and will potentially have on-site field experience Understand and comply with all Austin/Client safety policies and procedures. Utilize and participate in Austins Accident Prevention Program including audits. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in testing assembled vessels
Clean pressure vessel equipment
Complete the maintenance documentation
Conduct inspections and prepare preventative maintenance reports
Tracking rolling information
Fabricate install test and maintain vats tanks boilers and pressure Inspect equipment for proper functioning
Will be conducting weld testing performing weld and repair inspections
Install auxiliary mechanisms (fittings tubes valves boiler instrumentation)
Install large structures or boilers into facilities
Organize and assemble boiling parts
Read blueprints for dimensions location and position
Shape and fabricate parts
Weld of small diameter pipe/tube
Ability to perform well under pressure
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package. Familiar with other computer packages (eg. MS Project Outlook WinPCS etc)
Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required for this Position:
Education:no minimum education requirements.
Experience:4 years of QAQC Boilermaker experience.
Certification/License: NCCER a Valid Drivers License and a TWIC Card.
