About BYD France
BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles including all-electric cars buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Position Context:
In a context of strong acceleration of the used car (VO) business the Used Cars & Remarketing Specialist plays a key role in national performance. The mission is to maximize the profitability and stock rotation of BYD France used vehicles while ensuring the proper implementation of the BYD Certified label in dealerships and across online platforms.
Main Missions:
Lead the performance of BYD Used Car Remarketing at the national level (70%)
Manage and monitor the BYD Certified label within the BYD dealer network in France (30%)
Key Responsibilities:
BYD France Used Car Remarketing
Ensure the sale of used vehicles to the BYD dealer network (calls dealer support sales argumentation)
Deploy the BYD France used car remarketing strategy at a national level
Design and manage used car commercial operations (promotions targeted campaigns stock clearance actions)
Coordinate used car initiatives with Zone Managers across the national territory
Manage used car sales administration and produce performance reports
Monitor BYD France commercial indicators: volumes margins and stock turnover
Track dealer purchasing activities and the achievement of their targets
Proactively suggest improvements in tools methods and business optimization levers
BYD Certified Label
Ensure the proper implementation of the BYD Certified label in dealerships and online
Ensure the correct deployment and management of used car label merchandising
Optimize visibility and perceived quality in dealerships and online:
Implementation of physical standards: POS materials etc.
Implementation of online standards: photo quality customer promise etc.
Ensure the label promise is properly highlighted in sales journeys and digital listings
Profile Required
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in:
Sales within an automotive manufacturer
Used vehicles business
Skills
Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented approach
Good understanding of used car market dynamics
Strong analytical and performance management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
