We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure that our Salesforce implementations customizations and integrations meet the highest standards of quality and functionality before deployment.

Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst you will play a critical role in the success of our Salesforce projects. You will be responsible for validating that solutions are developed and configured to meet business requirements and are free of defects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing comprehensive test plans including functional regression integration and user acceptance testing for the Salesforce platform.
Analysing business requirements user stories and technical specifications to create detailed comprehensive and well-structured test cases and scenarios.
Testing Salesforce configurations custom objects workflows validation rules Apex code and Lightning components to ensure they function as expected.
Validating data integrity during data migration processes from legacy systems to Salesforce.
Performing thorough regression testing across complex integrated systems to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing Salesforce functionalities.
Identifying documenting and tracking defects and issues with detailed reproduction steps using tools like ALM Octane Zephyr or Xray.
Collaborating closely with a cross-functional team of Salesforce developers administrators and business analysts to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and to facilitate timely issue resolution.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To be successful in this role you should possess a strong understanding of software QA methodologies and the Salesforce platform combined with the following qualifications:
At least five (5) years of full-time employee (FTE) experience in software quality assurance within the last ten (10) years.
At least five (5) years of FTE experience applying functional non-functional and integration testing methodologies within a Salesforce environment.
At least three (3) years of FTE experience working in cross-functional teams with business analysts and developers.
At least three (3) years of FTE experience within the last five (5) years performing regression testing across complex integrated systems including the use of automated test suites and defect tracking tools.
At least three (3) years of FTE experience with test management and defect tracking tools including proficiency with one of the following:
a. ALM Octane or similar tools like Zephyr or Xray.
b. Three (3) of the following test automation and analysis tools:
Tricentis Tosca
SOAPUI
Postman
Neoload
CodeScan
Veracode
Selenium
JMeter
K6
SonarQube
Coverity
Should be willing to work in PST time zone supporting US based clients
