Were looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Writer who enjoys helping customers building trust and working closely with technicians to keep vehicles safe and reliable.

What Youll Do:
As a Service Advisor youll serve as the primary connection between our customers and the technician team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly professional experience
- Answer incoming calls promptly and assist customers with service questions
- Sell recommended maintenance and repair services
- Enter and track customer and vehicle information in shop management software
- Tag vehicles and document service needs upon arrival
- Build repair estimates and communicate recommendations clearly
- Obtain customer authorization for repairs
- Work closely with technicians to review inspection results and service recommendations
- Assign work orders based on technician availability and skill level
- Track vehicle progress and maintain clear notes in work orders
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready and arrange payment and vehicle pickup
- Perform occasional vehicle road tests
- Assist with general shop operations when needed to support workflow

What Were Looking For:
- 1 year Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred
- 1 year sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell services
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Comfortable using computer systems and shop management software
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
