Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise and Full Stack development to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for leading the technical design and development of web applications and services. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements define technical specifications and ensure that the solutions meet both business and technical needs. Your leadership will guide a team of developers ensuring adherence to best practices code quality and timely delivery of projects. You will also be involved in architectural decisions and contribute to ongoing improvements and innovations within our software development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of applications developed technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners and project managers to define the scope and objectives of projects.
- Oversee and mentor a team of developers in best practices of software development code reviews and testing.
- Develop and implement robust scalable and secure web applications using full stack technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and production phases.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in development practices.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency framework Core for application development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g. Angular React or ).
- In-depth knowledge of back-end development including database technologies such as SQL Server or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex software issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring developers.
Tools Required:
- Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio Code for development.
- Version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps.
- Database management tools (e.g. SQL Server Management Studio).
- Project management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello) for tracking progress and collaboration.
- Containerization and virtualization tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) for application deployment.
