Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
Costing including Material Ledger and Cost Centre accounting with specific knowledge in:
Overhead costing along with plan and budget control for cost
Product costing under scenario like MTS/MTO/CTO/ETO
Price and currency deviations
Actual cost component split
Structuring value chains
Costing run with single and multilevel price calculation
Special account determination in Material Ledger
Integration of actual costing and profitability analysis
Alternative valuation runs
Distribution of usage variances
Material valuation and changing valuation prices
Cost based and account based COPA and related management reporting
Key skills required:
Lead end-to-end SAP PP-QM implementations and transformations across manufacturing and quality management processes.
Define solution architecture process design and integration strategy for SAP PP and QM with MM SD PM and S/4HANA modules.
Oversee configuration of PP components: Work Centers BOM Routing Production Orders Capacity Planning and Production Scheduling.
Lead configuration of QM components: Inspection Plans Quality Notifications Quality Certificates Quality Control Processes and Compliance Management.
Ensure integration between PP-QM and other SAP modules for seamless end-to-end operations.
Mentor and guide PP-QM consultants and technical teams providing best practices troubleshooting and optimization support.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align SAP solutions with manufacturing and quality strategies.
Drive UAT go-live performance optimization and post-production support.
