Job Title: Cust Serv Rep I
Location: Jacksonville Florida 32256
Shift Timings: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Summary of Job:
Responsible for reviewing dashboards for outstanding assignments coordinating with contractors regarding job status documenting assignment progress and supporting customer service inquiries while assisting with administrative and project-related tasks.
Must-have/Required skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years customer service and/or administrative/clerical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative/clerical skills.
- Highly proficient and advanced computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
- Excellent written verbal and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience working with dashboards management tools and reporting systems.
- Experience supporting project tracking or contractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review dashboard for outstanding assignments.
- Contact contractors for file status (site inspection estimate upload etc.).
- Document file assignments and status utilizing appropriate management tools and reports to evaluate job or project progression.
- Complete customer service satisfaction surveys as required.
- Assist external clients with customer service inquiries.
- Participate in special projects or perform duties in other areas as requested.
