| Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem. This role will work closely with HR business users functional stakeholders and technical teams to understand business processes gather system requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical documentation for offshore development teams. Prior experience of full cycle implementation of HRIS system integrating with other applications is required. Key Responsibilities - Partner with HR business users to understand business processes and system requirements
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Translate business requirements into functional documents user stories and process flows
- Collaborate with offshore technical teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
- Support functional testing UAT and production readiness
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative system solutions
- Act as a strong team player in a global delivery environment

Required Qualifications - Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Oracle Fusion HCM

- Ability to think creatively and propose effective system solutions
