Salesforce Services (bFS) E2E & ERP Specialist

Position Description:

The bFS E2E & ERP Specialist will ensure that digital platforms operate as one integrated ecosystem by proactively tracking and resolving issues between systems. The role involves acting as a key liaison between platform owners technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and reliable end-to-end processes.
The bFS platform is the Field Service Management solution built on the Salesforce platform (ServiceMax).
The candidate will be responsible for deploying digital solutions related to the bFS program and ensuring full end-to-end integration across multiple enterprise systems and service platforms.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead bFS end-to-end integration in collaboration with stakeholders.
Capture and analyze business requirements and translate them into integrated digital solutions.
Coordinate design build and testing activities across multiple platforms.
Work with systems such as bFO CPQ SAP ERP and bFS to deliver integrated solutions.
Perform gap analysis to identify integration functional and process gaps.
Drive gap resolution by collaborating with business IT teams and digital stream owners.
Work closely with global stakeholders to plan project phases and deployment timelines.
Act as a bridge between business teams and multiple technology teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Must Have Skills

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform ()
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP R3)
Experience in system integration across multiple platform
Experience working with large-scale digital transformation programs
Ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have Skills

Experience with ServiceMax (Field Service Management platform)
Knowledge of CPQ (Oracle CPQ)
Experience working with multi-technology integrated systems
Knowledge of service business processes and service journeys
Experience in global project or program management
