Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Windows IIS Administrator with 3 5 years of experience to manage and support Windows-based applications and Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IIS administration Windows Server management and application hosting within the banking or financial services domain. Experience working with Fiserv platforms or banking applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer Microsoft Windows Servers in enterprise environments.
Install configure and maintain Internet Information Services (IIS) for hosting web applications.
Support and maintain Windows-based applications running on IIS environments.
Perform server monitoring troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Deploy and configure web applications on Windows servers and ensure high availability.
Manage server patches upgrades and security configurations.
Work closely with application development and infrastructure teams to resolve system issues.
Ensure compliance with banking security and operational standards.
Maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Windows IIS Administration
Hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022)
Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise applications
Knowledge of IIS configuration application pools SSL certificates and troubleshooting
Basic understanding of networking security policies and server hardening
Experience working in the Banking / Financial Services domain
Familiarity with Fiserv platforms or banking applications (preferred)

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes
Understanding of ITIL processes and production support environments

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
