Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE ESG and sustainability frameworks at site.
Review and approve Method Statements JSA HIRA and Risk Assessments for WAH activities.
Conduct 100% inspection of all work at height activities.
Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) LOTO and Critical Risk Management requirements.
Conduct safety induction refresher training toolbox talks and awareness programs.
Investigate incidents and near misses; ensure reporting and closure.
Perform daily site inspections and safety walkdowns.
Monitor contractor performance and guide safe work practices.
Drive implementation of audits and corrective action plans (CAPA).
Maintain digital records dashboards and MIS reporting.
Provide authorization and competency assessment for WAH personnel.
Ensure availability during day and night shifts (12-hour shifts).

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
Certified Rope Access Technician (Level 1 or above IRATA or equivalent).
Height & Rescue Certification from recognized institute.
Industrial Safety Management Certification. 10 15 years of industrial experience in work at height and rescue operations.
