Job Summary

  • As an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Tech/Functional Consultant specializing in Oracles HCM Helpdesk you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact human capital management solutions for our clients.
  • You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology ensuring that our HCM Helpdesk offering is optimally configured implemented and supported.
  • Your expertise will drive business process improvements and enhance the overall employee experience contributing directly to organizational success.
Detailed Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in the implementation configuration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with a strong emphasis on the HCM Helpdesk module.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze processes and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
  • Customize and optimize HCM Helpdesk workflows case management and service request handling.
  • Provide hands-on technical and functional support troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents related to Oracle HCM Helpdesk.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specifications configuration guides and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR IT and external vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion platform enhancements and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies data privacy regulations and quality standards.
Skill Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Human Resources or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience as a Tech/Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with a proven track record in implementing and supporting the HCM Helpdesk module.
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and HR service delivery models.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configurations integrations and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with requirement gathering process mapping and solution documentation.
  • Ability to work onsite at the PA office as required.
Other Requirements (Optional)
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience working with multinational clients and cross-cultural teams.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle HCM modules (e.g. Core HR Talent Management) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Agile or other project delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
