Job Summary
Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of project management experience within manufacturing industrial operations aerospace or related environments. Proven capital project management experience (facilities equipment purchases large-scale upgrades). Demonstrated manufacturing machinery project leadership experience. Ability to actively oversee and manage work across multiple sites (CT GA NY). Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to travel between supported locations as needed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Project Management Industrial Technology or related field. PMP certification or equivalent. Experience with MS Project Smartsheet or similar project management tools. Aerospace industrial gas turbine or heavy manufacturing background.
Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital and manufacturing machine projects across multiple sites including CT GA and NY with the primary base of operations in Orangeburg New York. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical project leadership hands-on experience managing equipment and manufacturing projects and the ability to coordinate activities across geographically dispersed locations. Key Responsibilities Lead planning execution and delivery of capital projects including budgeting timelines scope and risk management. Manage manufacturing machine and equipment projects including installation upgrades commissioning and process alignment. Oversee and coordinate project activities across multiple operating locations (CT GA NY). Serve as the primary project authority at the Orangeburg NY site. Collaborate closely with Engineering Operations Maintenance QA Supply Chain and external vendors. Ensure project milestones quality standards and safety compliance requirements are met. Communicate project status risks and deliverables to leadership and cross-functional teams. Drive continuous improvement and implement standardized project management practices.
