Job Description:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst - Consultant to support operations for a legacy system in the healthcare domain. This role involves analyzing system requirements assisting with operations and providing solutions to enhance system performance. The selected candidate will work in a hybrid environment with three days in-office and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document system requirements and specifications.
Support operations and maintenance of legacy systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.

Technical Skills Required:

Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
Proficiency in systems analysis and design methodologies
Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
