Job Summary
We are hiring for Camp Counselors for Summer 2026!
We are looking for Secondary Counselors (16-20 years old) for our Outdoor Youth Programs!
Spend your Summer months in the beautiful outdoors teaching campers the basics of fishing. Our fishing camps have to age ranges: 6-8 yr olds and 9-14 yr olds.
We visit private and public waters to fish for bass sunfish catfish crappie and whatever is biting! We have access to kayaks canoes and john boats that the campers utilize on the daily. Our main goal is to help campers build a positive relationship with the outdoors.
Applicants must work well in groups as well as be responsible adaptive and outgoing. Flexible hours competitive pay and a fun work environment! The job duties include keeping campers safe in the outdoors planning summer camp games and helping to create a fun week!
Preferred work experience: Experience that complements being a camp counselor such as: Camp Counselor Raft Guide Lifeguard etc.
Helpful experience but not required: Knowledge of fishing mountain biking rock climbing kayaking canoeing hiking experience working or interacting with youth
