Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Network Data team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage service delivery lead a high-performing team and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced networking technologies and the ability to handle technical escalations audits and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of network professionals.
Manage and monitor SLA/KPI compliance to ensure service excellence.
Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network infrastructure and operations.

BGP
VXLAN
Cisco Nexus
Juniper Networks
F5 (LTM GTM ASM)
Infoblox DDI
VMware NSX-T
Proven track record in managing network operations and leading technical teams.
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced proficiency in the same technologies listed above.
Experience in enterprise-scale network environments.
Industry certifications (e.g. Aruba Juniper F5 Cisco VMware) are a plus.
