A Manager of Business Development for Real Estate Projects
drives revenue growth by identifying new opportunities building client relationships and securing partnerships for residential/commercial developments. Responsibilities include conducting market research negotiating contracts managing the sales pipeline and aligning strategies with corporate goals to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities through networking referrals and market analysis.
- Strategic Partnerships:Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with key stakeholders investors and clients.
- Sales & Negotiations:Lead negotiations close deals and manage the full sales cycle to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Market Intelligence:Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
- Project Promotion:Promote company projects through presentations site visits and tailored marketing initiatives.
- Reporting:Prepare and present regular sales performance and market analysis reports to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
- Experience:10-15 years of proven experience in business development or sales specifically within the real estate industry.
- Skills:Strong negotiation communication networking and analytical skills.
- Technical Knowledge:Understanding of real estate market dynamics land laws and financial modeling (e.g. DCF ROI).
- Tools:Proficiency in CRM software to track leads and client interactions.

- Results-Oriented:Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Strategic Thinking:Capacity to identify long-term growth areas and develop business plans.
