Job Summary
The Inventory Analysts key objective is to maximize overall inventory utilization and occupancy of resort inventory and maintain correct balance of availability in the PMS System.
- Implements yearly inventory allocations into PMS and ensure accuracy of all inventory allocations between the various channels
- Oversee Inventory usage assuring that it is properly utilized
- Identify and clarify inventory management issues and provide recommendations for movements to appropriate business channels
- Identify surplus and shortfalls of inventory supply maximize utilization and execute strategy to achieve goals for the business units
- Work with Resort Management to identify operation best practices desirable maintenance timeframes and how to best achieve occupancy goals
- Develop run and analyze Inventory Reporting
- Establish policies and procedures for usage of established inventory
- Set up inventory for new locations
- Add inventory to existing locations
Additional Comments: This role will have a primary focus to CV Club Inventory and will work directly with Yield Manager & Director of Inventory on implementing strategic shifts to inventory allocations and usage for Club as instructed.
