Job Summary
The primary roles and responsibilities will befocuson inpatient and outpatient clinical care and consultations in Infectious Diseases at Clements University Hospital.Applicants will also provide support for Parkland Hospital general ID inpatient services.Participation in the teaching and training of medical studentsresidentsand ID fellows is also expected. The interests of the applicant and needs of the division willdeterminethe exact distribution of responsibilities for an individual faculty member.
M.D. degree or equivalent from an approved LCME medical school and satisfactory completion of an Internal Medicine residency programfrom an ACGME accredited program.
Level of appointment will becommensuratewith experience.
Candidate must be eligible for Texas medical licensure and be board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
