The Biblical and Theological Studies Department at Covenant College an agency of the
Presbyterian Church in America and an academically rigorous Christian College emphasizing the
liberal arts in the Reformed and Presbyterian tradition invites applications for an adjunct faculty
position in Christian Doctrine for the Fall 2026 semester.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach an undergraduate Biblical and Theological course in Christian Doctrine.
Plan lessons and assignments grade assignments respond to student inquiries submit
final grades.
Qualifications:
- A . (preferred) or MA in Theological Studies
- A Ph.D. or Th.D. in Theological Studies is desired
- Prior teaching experience - with demonstrated excellence - at the college or seminary
level is desired. - Pastoral ministry experience is desired.
- The Adjunct Professor in Biblical and Theological Studies will teach a Christian Doctrine
course each semester in the 2026-27 academic year.
