Your Mission
- Translating consulting logic into robust software architecture
- Designing backend and data structures that reflect real-world engineering processes
- Building reliable scalable applications used in enterprise environments
- Contributing to long-term product architecture decisions
Your Tasks
- Design and implement scalable backend architectures
- Develop robust APIs and data models for complex enterprise use cases
- Contribute to system architecture and technical roadmaps
- Ensure high standards in code quality testing and documentation
- Collaborate closely with consultants domain experts and product stakeholders
- Support deployment monitoring and continuous improvement processes
- Take technical ownership of product modules
- Mentor junior developers
- Drive architectural decisions
Working Model
- Based in Pune (India)
- Close collaboration with consulting and domain teams
- Long-term product focus (not short-term feature hacking)

Your Profil
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience in building scalable backend systems
- Experience working in structured quality-driven environments
- Strong backend development skills (e.g. Python PHP or comparable stack)
- Experience with modern API design
- Solid database knowledge (SQL and data modeling for complex structures)
- Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment processes
- Experience with version control and collaborative workflows
- You think in systems not features
- You value clean architecture over quick hacks
- You understand enterprise requirements (security reliability scalability)
- You are comfortable working at the interface of technology and domain logic
