The Opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern youll support endâtoâend recruitment activities and gain handsâon experience in hiring strategies candidate experience and employer branding. Youll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help attract and hire diverse talent across the organization.
A typical day would involve:
- Supporting endâtoâend recruitment activities including job postings resume screening and interview coordination
- Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assisting with candidate experience initiatives and responding to candidate inquiries
- Maintaining recruitment trackers dashboards and reporting data
- Supporting employer branding campus recruitment and earlyâtalent initiatives
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring projects and process improvements
You are:

You have:
- Current enrollment or recent graduation from an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastâpaced environment
- Interest in recruitment talent programs and inclusive hiring practices
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Excel Word Teams)
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous experience in recruitment HR customer service or administrative roles
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms
- Experience supporting projects events or highâvolume coordination
- Interest in employer branding DEIR (Diversity Equity Inclusion and Reconciliation) initiatives or earlyâcareer talent programs
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data or reports
What Youll Earn:
This role offers a pay range of $27.85/hr.
