Job Summary
To assist the Director of Student and Family Support in the daily running of the Office of Student and Family Support with a focus on student registration. Performance Responsibilities: - Answer phone greet parents/staff and answer questions - Process registrations for students - Collect all required forms and documents - Verify accuracy and validity of information collected - Distribute registration information and documents to appropriate personnel as needed - Provide ongoing communication with families when additional documentation is required - As needed enter information into student information system - Provide community outreach to incoming school aged student/families using town census data - Develop and facilitate informational sessions for PK and Kindergarten enrollment - Monitor and update department website - Manage on line calendar and language translation accounts for the Office of Student and Family Support and TMHS guidance - Manage registration system for additional fee-based programs and services - Train building based staff on fee-based registration system use - Work with families to resolve issues with fee-based registration system - Assist town with reconciling bank account with town financial system Assist in Billing and Collections Management - Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Student and Family Support
