You will respond to calls for service support access points as needed and deliver clear communication and customer service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including documenting observations and reporting concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings production areas hangars parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by post.
• Monitor access points by verifying identification managing visitor check-in issuing temporary badges as directed and coordinating escorts for guests contractors and deliveries.
• Complete shift reports and other required documentation communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership and assist with compliance-focused checks of doors gates and controlled areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
