Key Responsibilities
Collaborates utilizes tools and methods to improve and add enhancements to quality management system with key stakeholders.
Prepares project plans and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables end to end planning to alignment with quality deliverables throughout the enterprise.
Drives project deliverables and task details utilizing analytics tracking charts and checklists.
Analyzes operational data guiding company on critical to tasks to improve business processes and ensuring quality standards are met.
Leading and participating in audits monitoring compliance targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Participates in intra business unit teams projects and drive quality tenets.
Contributes to technical business process development with teams in the pursuit enterprise quality deliverables.
Develops quality informational technology solutions and portals in collaboration with stakeholders across the enterprise.
Creates quality dashboards and tools to address problems/improve processes across the enterprise.
Develops and manages quality training and courses. Monitors current quality training to ensure compatibility and compliance with current programs.
Promotes global quality image and brand through communications.
Leads quality communications outreach to key audiences globally.
Requirements
Prior years of experiences as an internal auditor in a well-established organization
ISO 9001:2015 Certified Auditor (Compulsory and IATF 16949 Certified Auditor (Desired)
Semiconductor industry and manufacturing experiences are preferred
Ability to work in US time zones if required
