Job Summary
Job Description
To strengthen the Client is looking for a specialist in databases (mainly Oracle and Cassandra) and data analyses.
In addition to the run tasks on the OT data foundation (health checks and adjustments upgrades and patching data refreshes in non-production environments data updates and cleaning etc.) the range of tasks also consists of researching developing and optimizing new business needs projects and integrations with surrounding systems.
Skills
Proven experience with database optimization and tuning
Demonstrable experience with set-up and maintenance of Apache Cassandra environments
Proven experience with setting up and maintaining Linux environments
Proven experience with the design and maintenance of Oracle environments
Proven experience with scripting in Python
Proven experience with scripting in Shell
Demonstrable knowledge and experience with relational databases
Higher education (Master or Bachelor) or equivalent through experience
Candidate can demonstrate during any interview that they accurately document the work and procedures
Demonstrable experience with change and release processes
Demonstrable experience with large business-critical applications.
Demonstrable experience with ISO27001 operation - Security-mindset
Demonstrable experience in setting up databases
Proven experience of at least one operating system (e.g. Unix Linux Windows)
Experience within OT SCADA systems is a plus
